JET Charge Confidential Whistleblower Channel 

This webform can be used to report incidents, concerns, or grievances that occur anywhere in JET Charge’s value chain directly to JET Charge senior management. This webform can be used by JET Charge employees, the employees of any JET Charge contractor, supplier, or sub-supplier, or any other stakeholder affected by JET Charge’s activities. 

You can use this form to report concerns relating to health and safety, labour standards and human rights, criminal behaviour including bribery or fraud, environmental protection, quality standards, or any other issue you believe JET Charge management should be aware of. 

This form can be submitted anonymously, and your report will be sent to JET Company Secretary through a confidential communication channel.  

All JET Charge stakeholders have the right to report legitimate concerns without fear of retaliation or negative impact.

We will take your report seriously and we will investigate it with urgency, care, and sensitivity. 

Please provide as much detail as you are comfortable to share. If your report relates to a specific incident, please provide details about where and when the incident occurred, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the possible cause, and any other information you believe JET Charge should be aware of.
