Follow the steps below to connect your charger and start charging.

Who should complete this?
This must be completed by the person using and paying for charging.

If setting up for someone else (e.g. tenant), send them the invite link and code.

1. Download the App

Download for iOS
Download for Android

2. Create Your Account
Sign up using your email and password.

3. Enter Your Invite Code
This links your charger to your account.

Before you continue
Adding payment immediately activates your subscription.
Only continue when you’re ready to start charging.

4. Add Payment Details
Enter your payment method.

5. Add an RFID Card (Optional)
Add in-app or purchase one here.

6. Start Charging
Plug in and start charging via the app or RFID.

Billing & Usage

How Billing Works

Your charger is individually monitored, and all charging activity is billed automatically through the app.

Monthly Subscription

A $20 monthly subscription applies per charger. This is billed in advance and begins once payment details are added during setup. It covers access to billing, monitoring, and ongoing system updates.

Electricity Usage

Charging is billed monthly in arrears based on actual usage (kWh). You only pay for the energy you use, at the tariff set by your building or site.
