The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial strategy, complex delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll manage some of our most strategic partnerships—owning commercial outcomes, coordinating internal teams, and helping shape what EV infrastructure looks like across Australia.

Work with global vehicle brands, government bodies, fleet operators, and developers to deliver solutions that make EV charging accessible, reliable, and future-proof.

This is not just an account's role—it’s a blend of sales leadership, solution delivery, and long-term program stewardship.

Your Impact

• Lead the strategy, growth and performance of key partner accounts

• Own commercial negotiations, business case development, and contract renewals

• Convert complex partner needs into commercial and technical solutions

• Coordinate with delivery, product, engineering, and finance to meet partner expectations

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across fleet, energy and infrastructure

• Drive post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

What we ‘re looking for?

• Experience managing large-scale, strategic B2B partnerships or programs

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning deal outcomes

• Confidence navigating technical and infrastructure-focused environments

• Skilled communicator with executive presence and stakeholder influence

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-based decisions

• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-moving teams

• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and building what’s next

Other Things

This role is secondment until May 2026, the preference is for the role to be based in our North Ryde office, though flexibility may be considered.
