You’ve been invited to access a private EV charger. Follow the steps below to set up your account and start charging.
Set Up in Minutes
Complete these steps to activate your charger and start charging.
Create Your Account
Create an account using your email address and password.
Enter Your Invite Code
Use the invite code provided to link your charger.
Add Payment Details
Enter your payment method to enable charging and billing.
Add an RFID Card (Optional)
Tap an RFID card or add one in the app if not already linked.
Start Charging
Plug in your vehicle and start charging using the app or RFID.
Download JET Charge Connect
Available on iOS and Android. Create your account and connect your charger.
How Billing Works
Your charger is individually monitored, and all charging activity is billed automatically through the app.
Monthly Subscription
A $20 monthly subscription applies per charger. This is billed in advance and covers access to billing, monitoring, and ongoing system updates.
Electricity Usage
Charging is billed monthly in arrears based on actual usage (kWh). You only pay for the energy you use, at the tariff set by your building or site.
