Fair charging for
every owner
JET Charge Billing meters every session and bills drivers at a rate your OC sets. Drivers pay for what they use, non-EV owners pay nothing, and the OC is reimbursed every quarter for the common electricity used. Cost-neutral for every owner.
Who pays for the power?
In most apartment buildings, EV chargers run on common power. Without billing, every owner shares the cost, including those who don’t drive an EV.
Why is it hard to keep fair?
Without metering each charger, there’s no reliable way to know who used what. The Owners Corporation is left to absorb the cost or chase it manually.

You set the rate
Choose your charging tariff (c/kWh). We’d recommend setting it to cover electricity and transaction fees. You can also add a levy to recover the cost of installing your chargers.

Residents pay for what they use
Every charger is individually metered, so residents pay for their own energy at your rate. Residents with a private charger also pay a $20 monthly platform fee through the JET Charge Connect App.

We take care of the admin
We collect payments directly from residents. No invoices to send, no payments to chase.

Reimbursement every quarter
Collected energy funds land in your nominated bank account each quarter, along with a summary report.
What residents pay, in plain English
Private charging
Billed directly to the resident through the JET Charge Connect App.
Electricity
Charged at the OC’s rate (c/kWh), based on actual usage. Billed monthly in arrears.
Platform fee
$20 per charger per month (inc. GST). Covers the billing platform, CORE load management and ongoing system updates. Billed monthly in advance.
Fees and disbursements
We collect payments from drivers and reimburse the OC quarterly for eligible usage amounts. A 2.8% service fee is deducted from collected usage before disbursement.

Billed to drivers per session. Platform fees are billed to the OC.

Charged at the OC’s rate (c/kWh), based on actual usage. Billed per session.

$20 per charger per month (inc. GST). Covers the billing platform, CORE load management and ongoing system updates. Billed to the OC and withheld from disbursements.

We collect payments from drivers and reimburse the OC quarterly for eligible usage amounts. Payment processing fees are deducted at cost (1.8% + 30c per session), and the platform fee is withheld from disbursements.
