The Role

We are looking for a practical and detail-focused HSEQ Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of JET Charge’s health, safety, environment and quality systems.

This role helps ensure our HSEQ management system remains current, measurable and audit-ready, with a focus on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 controls, audit activity, corrective actions, investigations, training records and compliance evidence.

You will work closely with the Head of HSEQ and Supply Chain to maintain the frameworks, registers, dashboards and processes that support consistent safety, environmental and quality outcomes across the business.

This role will suit someone who is organised, systems-minded and comfortable working with detail, evidence and follow-through. You will need to be able to keep records current, track actions to completion and help ensure HSEQ performance is visible and controlled.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day operation and maintenance of JET Charge’s HSEQ management system.
• Maintaining audit registers, dashboards and reporting so audit activity and corrective actions remain visible and current.
• Coordinating audit activity across project, residential and operational environments.
• Tracking corrective actions through to completion and escalating gaps where required.
• Supporting incident, hazard and near miss reporting, investigation and close-out.
• Helping ensure investigations are structured, evidence-based and include clear root cause and corrective actions.
• Maintaining environmental compliance records, registers and action tracking.
• Supporting quality system documentation, evidence capture and readiness across supply chain and operational processes.
• Maintaining HSEQ training and competency records so completion, gaps and evidence are clearly visible.
• Ensuring HSEQ policies, procedures, registers and supporting documents remain current and audit-ready.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in HSEQ coordination, safety administration, compliance, audit support or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining registers, dashboards, records, procedures or compliance documentation.
• An understanding of safety, environmental or quality management systems.
• Exposure to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or ISO 9001 environments would be highly regarded.
• Confidence tracking actions, following up stakeholders and keeping records current.
• The ability to support incident, hazard or corrective action processes with discipline and care.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to maintain clear, defensible documentation.
• A practical, systems-focused approach to improving how work is tracked and controlled.
• Initiative, ownership and the ability to follow through without relying on constant escalation.
