We supply the charger, install it safely, support the driver and manage the charging for the life of the subscription, so your team can stay focused on running the fleet.

Who owns the charger?

JET Charge owns the charger for the life of the subscription.

That means we’re responsible for maintenance, monitoring, replacements and upgrades throughout its lifecycle. Your team gets the charging without taking on another asset to manage.

How do employee reimbursements work?

Every charging session is recorded automatically, with usage data ready for reimbursement reporting.

We provide payroll-ready reports with the information your team needs to reimburse drivers accurately and consistently. You set the reimbursement policy, we provide the data behind it.

What is included in installation?

We coordinate the home assessment, installation and commissioning through our residential delivery process.

Some homes need additional electrical work. If they do, we’ll identify it early and agree any variations before work begins.

How do you support drivers after installation?

Support doesn’t stop once the charger is installed.
