Getting Started with JET Charge Billing

Your building is transitioning to JET Charge Billing. Here’s what you need to do to keep charging without interruption.

1

Check Your Transition Date

Your building has nominated a cutover date to move to JET Charge Billing.

Before this date, you’ll need to complete a quick setup so your charging continues without interruption.

2

Register Your Charger

Complete a short form so we can identify your charger and set up your account.

  • Your charger serial number
  • Your contact details
Register Your Charger →
3

Download the App

Once registered, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions.

Download the JET Charge Connect App and create your account.

4

Set Up Billing

To start charging, you’ll need to:

  1. Sign up to the $20/month subscription
  2. Add your payment method in the app

This covers billing, support and access to the JET Charge platform.

5

Get Ready to Charge

We’ll transition your charger from the previous system and notify you once everything is live.

After that, you can start charging using the app or your RFID card.

💡

Tip: If you already have an RFID card, you may be able to keep using it. Otherwise, you can order one through JET Charge.

6

Charging & Billing

Once live:

  • Your charging is tracked automatically
  • You’re billed monthly for usage
  • Pricing is set by your building (c/kWh)

Missed the Cutover?

If you haven’t registered before the transition date, your old charging access may stop.

You can still register at any time — we’ll get you set up as quickly as possible so you can start charging again.
