Marketing Coordinator | Full-time | Port Melbourne

Why JET Charge?

JET Charge is helping lead one of the most significant shifts in energy and transport in a generation.

Our mission is clear: to provide EV charging at no cost, with no

emissions. We’re building Australia’s electrified future by developing the infrastructure and technology that makes clean transport more accessible through innovation in charging, grid, and energy management systems.

As Australia’s leading EV charging company, we work across the infrastructure, software, and technical delivery that sit behind complex commercial charging projects. This is an opportunity to join a business shaping how EV charging will be designed into commercial buildings and projects in the years ahead.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of campaigns, content, events, photoshoots and sales enablement materials across a broad customer and stakeholder base.

This role will suit a strong coordinator who can manage multiple projects, align stakeholders and bring both creative thinking and commercial awareness to their work. You will work closely with marketing, business development, third-party partners, warehouse teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing activity from brief through to execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects across multiple channels.
  • Coordinating social content, photography, scripting, production and campaign assets from concept through to delivery.
  • Supporting event delivery, including creative requirements, invitations, run sheets, stakeholder briefings, and on-the-day coordination.
  • Coordinating photoshoots, including stakeholder briefings, run sheets, content objectives, content gaps, and role clarity.
  • Supporting the development of sales enablement materials, including case studies, testimonials, and customer-facing content.
  • Working with internal teams and external customers to gather information, manage approvals, and secure sign-off for case studies and testimonials.
  • Ensuring project objectives are clearly defined, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process.
  • Coordinating content distribution across relevant audiences, channels, and timelines.
  • Contributing ideas, insights, and constructive challenges to campaign and content planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a marketing coordinator, campaign coordinator, content coordinator, project coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and project management capability.
  • The ability to manage deadlines, follow through on actions and proactively communicate progress, risks or delays.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness, and the ability to demonstrate the ROI of marketing initiatives wherever possible.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to constructively challenge ideas.
  • The ability to interpret a brief, understand the objective, and assess stakeholder requirements in that context.
  • A collaborative, relationship-focused working style.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
