Charging Options

The MG HS Plus EV (2022) comes with a 10A portable AC charging cable that you can plug into a dedicated 10A GPO. However, whilst this cable will provide a full charge overnight, we recommend that you keep it in the boot to take advantage of opportune charging. Instead, JET Charge recommends a Level 2 home charging station to go with the MG Plus EV PHEV, which offers a safer and more convenient experience for every day charging. MG has partnered with JET Charge as their official EV charging provider. MG Dealers are offering an MG EV charging station as standard, but will also offer you a range of upgrades, including a smart EV charging station capable of using your excess solar, thereby giving you "free" charging.
