What devices can I use to access the Illuminate platform? 

The Illuminate platform is hosted online, so you can access Illuminate with any device that can access the internet. We recommend accessing from a computer or tablet for the best experience. 

What EV charger network devices can be connected to Illuminate? 

Illuminate is compatible with most major EV chargers and smart meters. Illuminate is fully OCPP-compliant and OEM-agnostic, supporting seamless integration with any charging station that uses the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP). Every network is unique, so we suggest checking with us to confirm that we can support your EV charging hardware.  

How do my chargers connect with Illuminate? 

Our team will help to set up your chargers on the platform as part of the onboarding process.

Is Illuminate a self-serve platform? or can JET Charge monitor and maintain my charger network for me?
