From humble origins installing one of the first Tesla chargers in Victoria, JET Charge is now, 10 years down the track, Australia’s leading EV charging infrastructure and technology company. 

We are the preferred charging partner for almost all vehicle brands and have deployed more charging stations than any other company in Australia, from one car garages right through to some of the world’s largest EV infrastructure highway projects. Our in-house team of developers also produce industry leading charging technology, from chargers to grid and energy management systems, with our products being behind the scenes of some of the world’s leading EV charging projects.

Job Description

The role 

In this role, your core mission will be to enhance our relationships with partners and clients, providing ongoing clear communication based on insights, analytics and market feedback to supercharge our place in the EV charging market. You will be a part of the Marketing team and work closely with the Product and Business Development teams, to assist JET Charge in achieving company vision and marketing targets. 

Qualifications

Some of the main Duties

Target audience understanding  

  • Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of the target audience. 
  • Customer maps based on the frameworks such as Customer Journey Mapping, Jobs-to-Be-Done or Solution Selling to tailor effective approaches to the audience's needs. 

Market insights gathering 

  • Valuable insights collection about the industry landscape and companies. 
  • Conduct Customer Development interviews to understand the needs of the audience.  

Crafting value propositions 

  • Formulate value propositions that resonates with the target audience. 

Effective marketing material design 

  • Translate value propositions into captivating marketing materials, including landing pages, case studies, slide decks and emails. 

  • Create persuasive content.

  • Create visually appealing and informative slides. 

Content delivery mastery 

  • Utilise email marketing services like MailChimp to deliver content to the target audience. 

  • Track content engagement on websites and within emails (together with our Agencies). 

Digital ad campaign management 

  • Prepare and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (together with our Agencies). 

Events Coordination  

  • Plan and coordinate both online and offline events to engage the target audience. 
     

What are we looking for in our candidates? 

  • Demonstrated record of success in account-based marketing role.   

  • Previous experience in a b2b marketing position in the tech sector is a plus. 

  • Exceptional written skills to prepare b2b marketing collateral. 

  • Experience in digital content management and campaign management is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of multiple tools including Google Adwords, Analytics, Social Media platofrms, Mailchimp, Salesforce

  • Driven and self-motivated, with a great attitude and willingness to learn. 

  • An ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Excellent attention to detail together with an ability to work fast and prioritise workloads. 

  • Someone who will model our values and live our culture.
