The JET Charge Partner Store is an exclusive online platform for electrical contractors to access high-quality EV charging products, training, support, and services. It’s designed to help you grow your business in the EV charging space, no matter your level of experience.

We sell a variety of AC chargers, cables, pedestals and cable holders made by JET Charge as well as brands like X280, Autel, Wallbox and Tesla. To access the full product range and prices, please sign up for an account.

We also offer pre-commissioning services for ChargeMate chargers, where we can help you set up Chargefox billing solutions, add RFID cards, prepare the charger for commissioning to CORE and change electrical settings.

In the coming months 30kW DC chargers and load management solutions will be available for purchase in the Partner Store.

We offer a discount to the recommended retail price on every product in the Partner Store, providing you with margin on your services and sales to clients. There is no minimum order quantity in order to benefit from the discounted pricing.

Additionally, we offer discounts based on the quantity of product purchased within a single order. The level of discount will increase for orders of 2-10 units and 11+ units. Please refer to the Product Detail Page for further detail on pricing and volume breaks.

After your first two credit card payments, you will receive a $5,000 credit limit subject to a credit review of your business. This limit is cumulative for your account (not per order) and includes unpaid invoices and orders placed but not shipped.

Any electrical contractor with a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) and an A-grade electrical licence can purchase EV charging hardware from JET Charge. If you are not an electrical contractor, please reach out to us and we will point you to the right channels.

As a Partner Store member, you’ll enjoy access to exclusive products, volume discounts, competitive pricing, training opportunities, expert support, promotions, and more. Plus, you’ll have access to credit and the option to pay by invoice after completing two orders with upfront payment.

Please read the full Returns policy here. If you bought the product and have proof of purchase, you can return products under the following circumstances:

– The product shows defects during the warranty period, and none of the warranty exclusions apply.
– The product does not meet the standards outlined in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
– You change your mind and loge a return within 14 days of purchase, and return the product unused and in its original condition.

For AC chargers, cables and most accessories you can return the product for a partial refund if you change your mind and make a return claim within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Pedestals are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

For a change-of-mind return, the following conditions must be met:

– The product must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
– You must contact us and provide proof of purchase. If the above conditions are not met, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

If you are having issues with a charger we recommend you first refer to the troubleshooting steps within the User Manual, found under Resources on the Product Detail Page. If you still need help please call or email us and we will help you to troubleshoot and identify the issue. We will not send a technician to site or pay for your time on the job.

We offer a range of training options, from online resources and webinars to in-person workshops. Our support team is also available to assist you with selecting the right hardware, troubleshooting installations, and more.

AC chargers, cables and small accessories are shipped using ground freight which typically takes 2-3 days to urban areas and a week to regional areas.

All items that show available to purchase on the Partner Store are in stock at our Melbourne warehouse. We will dispatch all AC chargers, Cables and Accessories (except pedestals) the next business day.

As a JC Network Partner you’re subcontracting on a JET Charge project. In the Parter Store, you’re buying hardware and have access to supplementary documentation and resources for projects that you’re winning and delivering yourself. As a Network Partner you should continue to use JET Charge training resources and manufacturer training, directed by your works coordinator. If you’re already a JC Network Partner, joining the Partner Store will be extra smooth and easy; you’ll create and account and log in with the JCID you already have.
