The JET Charge Partner Store is an online platform where electrical contractors can access wholesale EV charging products, training, support, and tailored services. Our store is designed to help contractors of all experience levels grow their businesses in the EV charger wholesale market.

We offer a variety of AC and DC chargers, EV load management systems, cables, pedestals, and cable holders. Our products come from top brands, including X280, Autel, Wallbox, and Tesla. Additionally, we provide pre-commissioning services for ChargeMate chargers, assisting with setting up Chargefox billing solutions, adding RFID cards, preparing the charger for CORE integration, and adjusting electrical settings.

We offer discounted pricing on all products in the Partner Store, giving contractors a margin on sales and services to clients. There is no minimum order quantity to enjoy these discounts.

We also provide volume-based discounts for larger orders. Discounts increase for orders of 2-10 units and even more for 11+ units. Check the Product Detail Page for specific pricing and volume breaks.

Yes, after two successful credit card payments, you’ll be eligible for a $5,000 credit limit, subject to a credit review of your business. This credit limit is cumulative, meaning it covers unpaid invoices and pending orders.

Any electrical contractor with a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and an A-grade electrical licence can join the JET Charge Partner Store to purchase EV charger wholesale products. If you’re not an electrical contractor, contact us, and we’ll guide you to the appropriate channels.

As a Partner Store member, you gain exclusive access to EV charging products, volume discounts, competitive pricing, expert support, and training opportunities. Additionally, you’ll have access to credit and the option to pay by invoice after two orders with upfront payment.

Please read the full Returns policy here. If you bought the product and have proof of purchase, you can return products under the following circumstances:

– The product shows defects during the warranty period, and none of the warranty exclusions apply.
– The product does not meet the standards outlined in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
– For eligible items (exclusions are indicated on the Product page under Returns & Warranty), you change your mind and loge a return within 14 days of purchase, and return the product unused and in its original condition.

For AC chargers, EV charging cables and most accessories you can return the product for a partial refund if you change your mind and make a return claim within 14 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Check the Returns & Warranty section on the Product page to confirm if an item is not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

For a change-of-mind return, the following conditions must be met:

– The product must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
– You must contact us and provide proof of purchase. If the above conditions are not met, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

AC chargers, cables and small accessories are shipped using ground freight which typically takes 2-3 days to urban areas and a week to regional areas.

All items that show available to purchase on the Partner Store are in stock at our Melbourne warehouse. We will dispatch all AC chargers, Cables and Accessories (except pedestals) the next business day. We strive to dispatch larger items like pedestals and DC chargers within 3 business days.

As a JC Network Partner you’re subcontracting on a JET Charge project. In the Partner Store, you’re buying hardware and have access to supplementary documentation and resources for projects that you’re winning and delivering yourself. As a Network Partner you should continue to use JET Charge training resources and manufacturer training, directed by your works coordinator. If you’re already a JC Network Partner, joining the Partner Store will be extra smooth and easy; you’ll create and account and log in with the JCID you already have.
